Blandy & Blandy LLP advises on first pre-let and lease of Thames Tower

Blandy & Blandy LLP’s award-winning Commercial Property team is delighted to have advised leading international recruitment company Austin Fraser Limited on the first pre-let and completed lease of Reading’s landmark Thames Tower.

Senior solicitor Julian Spence said: “We have advised Austin Fraser Limited on several property transactions over the course of the last few years and are delighted to have been instructed to advise on this important deal.”

Following a period of rapid growth, Austin Fraser decided to relocate their head office to the eleventh floor of the fifteen storey Thames Tower, situated directly opposite Reading Station. The newly refurbished Tower incorporates ground floor retail units, offices and a communal ‘sky garden’ on the fourteenth floor.

Subsequent occupiers include HSBC, BDO and Pret À Manger.
