Dreaming of becoming a property owner? Don’t have the money? Buy a property in Aberdare, Wales, the least expensive area per square metre in Britain.

According to a study by Halifax, one square metre of property in Aberdare is worth £910.

Conversely, Britain’s most expensive area per square metre is Kensington and Chelsea with one square metre of property costing a whopping £11,365.
