It provides a spectrum of adventurous sports from rope walking, zip lining, rafting, and kayaking. However, the prime crowd gatherer is the largest tropical game fish known as the Mahseer.

3. Shivanasamdura Falls

The World Waterfall Database ranked Shivanasamdura falls at 45th among the world’s 100 waterfalls and is home to the first Hydro-electric Power station in Asia. It is situated on the banks of the river Kaveri, around 135kms from Bangalore.

5. Yelagiri

Yelagiri is positioned in the foothills of the Eastern Ghats. It is a small hill stop in the Vellore district of Tamil Nadu. It’s specifically stationed at a magnitude of 1,410 metres beyond MSL and 160kms from Bangalore. The Winding Ghat roadway has 14 hairpin bends and provides amazing breathtaking views of the greenery, hills, and its ambiance.

6. BR Hills

BR Hills is a dreamland with wildlife paradise and picturesque beauty in Karnataka. It exclusively links the Western Ghats and the Eastern Ghats eventually allowing animals to move amid them and help gene flow amid populations of species in this area. It is positioned at approximately 170kms from Bangalore.

7. Nagarhole National Park

Nagarhole National Park, acknowledged as one of the finest national parks in Karnataka, is exclusively rewarded with appealing jungle, rich wildlife, and a spectacular lake. The park envelopes 643 km2 (248 sq mi) placed at a distance of 220kms from Bangalore to the northwest of Bandipur National Park.

8. Bandipur National Park

It is placed in the southern Indian state of Karnataka and is an 874-sq.-km forested reserve.  It was considered to be the private hunting place of the Kings of Mysore, the park also inlets spotted deer, Indian elephants, antelopes, gaurs (bison), and various other native species and is stationed at 225kms from Bangalore.

9. Yercaud

Yercaud, located in the Shevaroys range is a hill station in Salem District, in Tamil Nadu at approximately 215 kms from Bangalore. It is placed at a magnitude of 1515mtrs and is generally known as Jewel of the South.

10. Chikmagalur - Mulayyanagiri

Chikmagalur is a place placed at almost 245kms from Bangalore. The prime interest is the Mulayyanagiri -25kms from the city of Chikmagalur, the highest peak in Karnataka. The roadway to the peak passes through the green meadows and provides one of the jaw-dropping views.

11. Coorg
