Apple to launch two big iPhones in September, production starts next month

You may be bored of the gazillion iPhone rumours doing the rounds but here’s one that may be true.

According to Bloomberg, Apple’s Chinese suppliers will begin production of two iphone models next month.

The first one will have a 4.7-inch display and is expected to launch in September. The second model will have a 5.5-inch screen and is likely to be launched at the same time.

The new versions of the iPhone will be rounder and thinner and will use Apple’s iOS 8 software.

According to Apple insiders, the smaller versions will make the phones more effective and help speed up manufacturing.
