Tube Strike: TWO 24-hour Tube strikes to hit London in August

The Tube strike saga rumbles on. The trains do not

Two more Tube strikes will hit the capital this month as the row over the introduction of the Night Tube continues.

Workers and unions have said the strike is over the work/life balance and the longer hours the introduction of the Night Tube will necessitate.

The strikes will hit in quick succession in the week ahead of the August Bank holiday.

The times of the strikes are: 21:00 for drivers, and 18:30 for station staff on the 25th August for 24 hours AND 21:00 for drivers and 18:30 for station staff on the 27th August for 24 hours.

The second one will end at 9pm on Friday 28th August, and will cause untold suffering as desperate people attempt to flee London for the long weekend.

We will publish more information as we get it
