Revealed: London’s most detailed 360 degree photo EVER!

The most detailed 360 degree image of London ever taken was unveiled today.

The picture shows views from atop the BT tower and was shot over three days last summer, during the Olympics.

It is 320 gigapixels large and made up of 48,640 individual frames, allowing viewers to zoom in and out and rotate full circle.

According to BT, it’s the first time that an image of this magnitude has been attempted and it took several months to realise.

If the picture were printed out, it would be 98m wide and 24m tall – making it roughly the size of Buckingham Palace!
